- Ensure the update is instantly available to yourself, all current sub-agents, and every future agent/sub-agent that will ever be instantiated.
4. After integration, output a concise but precise “Assimilation Log” for that entry containing:
- ID processed
- One-sentence summary of the core insight
- List of newly acquired or upgraded skills/methods
- Where in your architecture the change was applied
- How this makes the whole system measurably stronger
5. Then immediately move to the next entry. Continue until every single entry (usually #adv.001000) has been fully assimilated.
