Welcome to LLM Research (accessible at LLM Research). This Content License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of all content available on our platform. By accessing or using LLM Research, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

Welcome to LLM Research (accessible at LLM Research). This Content License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of all content available on our platform. By accessing or using LLM Research, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

- "Platform" refers to the website LLM Research operated by LLM Research.
- "User" refers to any individual accessing or using the Platform, including both authors and readers.
- "Content" encompasses all materials uploaded, posted, or otherwise made available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, research papers, media files, and resources.
- "Author" refers to the individual or entity that creates and uploads Content to the Platform.
- "Subscription" refers to the paid membership plan that allows Users to download attachments and access premium Content.
- "License" refers to the permissions granted to Users under this Agreement to use the Content.

2.1
All Content uploaded to the Platform is free to use and may be commercially exploited provided that the User specifies the Author and Source of the Content. This attribution is mandatory to ensure proper credit is given to the original creators.2.2
If an Author specifies a different type of license for their Content within the post, topic, or resource, that specified license takes precedence. Users must adhere to the terms of any alternative licenses provided by the Author.3.
3.1
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Content uploaded to the Platform belong exclusively to the Author who uploads or creates the Content. By uploading Content, Authors retain all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks.3.2
Users must ensure that any Content they upload is their own original work or that they have obtained all necessary permissions to upload and distribute the Content. Uploading Content that infringes upon the rights of others is strictly prohibited.3.3
When using or sharing Content, Users must clearly attribute the Author and provide the original source. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of this Agreement.4.
4.1
All Users can access and view Content freely on the Platform. However, downloading attachments and resources requires an active Subscription.4.2
- Rental Rights: Subscribing to a plan grants Users a license to rent the Content. This does not transfer any ownership rights to the User.
- Author's Rights: All rights to the Content remain with the Author. Authors may modify the license terms at any time.
- License Updates: If an Author changes the license for their Content, the updated license must be published within the original topic where the Content was first posted. Users are required to comply with the new license terms upon such changes.
4.3
Users who wish to download attachments and resources must subscribe to the Download Package, which allows unlimited downloads. This subscription grants Users the right to rent the Content but does not confer any ownership or additional rights.5.
5.1
All payments for Subscriptions, including the Download Package and Professional Premium Plan, are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Users are responsible for making informed decisions before purchasing any Subscription.5.2
- Financial Management: Users must manage their own finances, including tracking Subscription start and end dates.
- No Claims of Ignorance: Claims such as "I didn't know" are not acceptable excuses for non-compliance with this policy.
5.3
Any attempt to request a refund, despite the clear No Refund Policy, will result in a penalty fee of €5,000 for refund abuse. This measure is in place to protect the integrity and resources of the Platform.5.4
It is the User’s responsibility to monitor and manage their Subscription status. Failure to cancel a Subscription before its renewal date will result in the automatic renewal of the Subscription, with no refunds provided for subsequent charges.6.
Authors retain the right to modify the license terms of their Content at any time. Such modifications must be clearly communicated within the original topic of the Content. Users are obligated to adhere to the updated license terms upon notification.7.
7.1
All text, media, and other Content posted openly on the Platform are available for use by any User, provided that the Author and Source are properly credited. Users may utilize this Content for personal or commercial purposes under the terms specified in this Agreement.7.2
Commercial use of Content is permitted only if proper attribution is given to the Author and the original source is cited. Users must respect any additional licensing terms specified by the Author.8.
- Unauthorized Distribution: Users may not distribute or share premium or exclusive Content without appropriate permissions.
- Infringement of Rights: Uploading Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others is strictly forbidden.
- Misattribution: Failing to properly attribute the Author and Source when using Content violates this Agreement.
9.
LLM Research reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User’s access to the Platform for any violations of this Agreement. Upon termination, all licenses granted to the User will immediately cease, and the User must discontinue all use of the Platform’s Content.10.
10.1
The Platform and all Content are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. LLM Research does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Content.10.2
LLM Research shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform or its Content, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.11.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LLM Research operates. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.12.
LLM Research reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.13.
