Sorry I haven't been on here in a while... I've been busy with banging my head against my keyboard trying to get the repo in github up to the paper spec... @AlexH if you know your way around cryptography via python, maybe take a look at my dualstream folder in the repo? I could use some insight...but nevertheless, here is v2.10
